New Technology

Technology updates everyday, it gets better and better everyday. Phones update every year companies want people to buy the new and latest thing and it’s exciting to see the new features. Apple is having it’s 10th  anniversary, and they celebrate with a new phone coming out. The newest phone for iPhone is the  iPhone 8 which hasn’t came out yet. The screen for the iPhone 8 covers the hole front screen so you can see everything, also there’s know home button anymore. Apple got rid of the home button and just make it a finger print button to open up the phone. “Rumors suggest it’s going to be a radical redesign, with an edge-to-edge display that does away with the top and bottom bezels where features like the Touch ID fingerprint sensor and the front-facing camera are housed. Instead, Touch ID and the camera may be built directly into the display, meaning there will be no home button. ” . Also iPhone is making the phone more water resistance so little drops of water on the phone won’t completely ruin the phone. Apple is getting rid of the ear phone jack so now if you want to listen to your favorite jams on the go you’ll have to have Bluetooth head phones. Hopefully this amazing iPhone 8 will come out soon in 2017 .

Privacy and Security Issue

Digital privacy has been a concern since 2013 which was when the mass surveillance disclosures. This mass surveillance casted disclosures. This mass surveillance casted over the privacy of cloud storage and also social media. There are multiple ways of getting your computer hacked such as connecting to public WIFI and not reading terms and conditions. Now days most people don’t read the terms and conditions when connecting to open WIFI and that could be a chance of your computer getting hacked. Reading terms and conditions can be confusing and not understand able and there’s always a risk of your computer getting hacked in open WIFI.

My thought about computer privacy is that people shouldn’t post risky photos of themselves if they don’t want the whole world to see. The web is never private there’s always a chance of getting hacked or strangers seeing your personal information if you put it out there. When using the web it’s good to take caution because there’s always a risk of your information getting out there, so my advice is don’t put things on the web you don’t want everyone to see.

Loan Comparison

Here I am going to compare a 15 year to a 30 year loan. There are pros and cons with both, but depending on a person budget. With a 15 year loan a there is less interest to pay but the con is you will have less each month because your loan is a 15 year loan. In the end people can save money with a 15 year loan and pay off there debt. With a 30 year loan you have more money each month because you make smaller payments each month since it is a 30 year loan. The con about a 30 year loan is more interest in the end you will pay more because it took you longer to pay it off, but not every budget   can do a 15 year loan that’s why some people do 30 year loans.
